Shipping

All orders are shipped within 5–9 business days from the date your order is placed. Shipping is free and includes Shipping Protection, so if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost or you can refund the order.

Processing Times
• Standard Processing (free): 1-2 business days
• Priority Processing (paid): same-day processing if placed before 12 AM PDT

Transit Times
• Once processed, most orders arrive within 5–9 business days
• International orders may take up to 10 business days

How Shipping Protection Works

Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address after ordering, contact us within 30 minutes for Priority Processing orders and within 24 hours for Standard Processing orders.
